For every 100gm of our Ham Snack we take 240gm of premium pork that we let slowly marinade before air drying and slicing super thin. The final result is a fabulous pork snack that is packed with 13gm of protein – in your 25g pack. More than 50% and just 0.3g of carbs.
MADE WITH 100% PORK: Our Ham Snack start with carefully selected lean cuts of 100% premium pork. Simply marinated using one of Jack Link’s family recipes and then air-dried before being sliced into the thinnest of slices.

Pork, vinegar, iodised salt (salt, potassium iodate), spices, maize starch, garlic powder, onion, tomato, paprika, spice extract, yeast extract, smoke flavouring, preservative (sodium nitrite, potassium sorbate), salt.
